With over 25 years of experience, Sarah Farol is a financial and administrative expert specializing in FP&A, budgeting, cash flow management, and executive leadership. Born and raised in Hawaii, she has built a successful career leading financial operations in diverse industries, from nonprofit to corporate settings. Sarah is passionate about supporting visionaries, helping bring acuity and clarity to their financial strategies and guiding them to make informed, impactful decisions.
As Chief Financial Officer at BJM Group Inc., she managed financial strategy, cash flow, and budgeting for a group of over 15 companies, led due diligence for acquisitions, and ensured compliance with tax and financial regulations. She also oversaw all aspects of HR, benefits & payroll, financial reporting and risk management along with developing and mentoring the accounting team both locally and abroad.
Previously, Sarah was Financial Administrator for a large non-profit, managing financial stewardship for an organization with six campuses, including budgeting, payroll, and donor management.
A graduate of Bob Jones University with a degree in Financial Management, Sarah is known for quickly mastering new systems and processes. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking, especially where there are mountains or water, and always seeks new adventures rather than revisiting familiar destinations. She loves going to the gym, spending time with family and socializing over a good beer. She has recently embraced a walkable lifestyle in an intown townhouse. She is married with three adult children and two granddaughters.
